  • Healthy Cooking by Design is an amazing program conceptualized by an amazing woman.  Kathy worked very hard with us to come up with the best menu “fit” for our lifestyle and our desired health goals.  Not only are the recipes incredibly tasty, but they are easy to make (one of the requests we had), and it’s hard to believe that they’re so healthy!  The recipes she designed for us are composed of ingredients that are healthy and flavorful but definitely do not break the bank, proving that you don’t need to be a celebrity or an oil tycoon to afford a healthy lifestyle.  Not only did she assist in our meal planning, but she armed us with information and documentation regarding healthy choices ranging from the Glycemic Index to a Harvard Study regarding personal goals.  Her vast knowledge of all things “healthy” was clearly demonstrated and we are blessed to work with her and call her friend.  We are eternally grateful to her for the time and effort she poured into our lives.  ~Eric & MD
